Terms & Warranty
• All orders will require a 50% deposit at the time of the order & balance of 50% upon delivery.
• All orders must be placed on Nemee Order Forms using Nemee product codes, hinge side, and finish ends. Verbal orders will not be accepted.
• An Order Acknowledgment will be faxed/emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• All Order Acknowledgments must be thoroughly checked for accuracy, signed and faxed/emailed back to Nemee Cabinetry. If any changes are to be made, please note them on the Order Acknowledgement and a revised Order Acknowledgment with the changes will be faxed for you to sign and fax back.
• Since every order is manufactured individually to best serve the customer needs, it cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed.
• All prices are FOB our plant in West Palm Beach, FL.
• All Nemee Cabinets carry a one year Limited Warranty. Replacement will be limited to defective merchandise only.
